4. Products & Pricing
4.1 Digital Software Licenses
All products sold by Uppal Solutions are digital software licenses delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Upon successful payment, your license key or activation code will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes to a few hours.
4.2 Pricing & Currency
- Prices for Canadian customers are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- Prices for U.S. customers are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price charged will always be the price confirmed at the time of your order.
4.3 Product Availability
Digital licenses are subject to availability from the software publisher. In the rare event a license cannot be fulfilled after payment, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
5. Orders & Payment
5.1 Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order — it does not yet constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or fulfillment issues, with a full refund issued in such cases.
5.2 Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and any other payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store full payment card details.
5.3 Order Errors
If you entered incorrect information at checkout (e.g., wrong email address), contact us at sales@uppalsolutions.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
6. Delivery of Digital Products
License keys and activation codes are delivered electronically to your email address after payment is confirmed. Delivery is typically near-instant but may take up to 24 hours in some cases.
If you have not received your license key within 24 hours of purchase, please:
- Check your spam or junk folder

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address provided at checkout.
7. Refund & Return Policy
Because all of our products are digital software licenses, our refund policy is as follows:
7.1 General Rule — No Refunds on Delivered Licenses
All sales of digital software licenses are final once the license key or activation code has been delivered to your email. Digital licenses are consumed upon delivery and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
7.2 Exceptions — When We Will Refund
We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following situations:
- Invalid license key — The key we provided does not activate the software
- Wrong product delivered — The license is for a different product than what you ordered
- Duplicate charge — You were charged more than once for the same order
- Non-delivery — You did not receive your license key and we are unable to resend it
To request a refund under any of the above circumstances, email us at sales@uppalsolutions.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
7.3 Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to issue refunds in the following cases:
- The license key has been successfully activated and the software is working
- You changed your mind after the license was delivered
- You purchased the wrong product (e.g., wrong number of devices or subscription length) — please review your order carefully before completing checkout
- Incompatibility with your device or operating system — please verify system requirements before purchasing
7.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
8. Software Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Many of our products (including Bitdefender subscriptions) are annual licenses that may auto-renew directly through the software publisher — not through Uppal Solutions. Auto-renewal billing and cancellation is managed entirely by the software vendor.
- Review your renewal settings in your Bitdefender (or relevant publisher) account.
- Uppal Solutions is not responsible for auto-renewal charges made by third-party publishers.
- We’re happy to help you navigate contacting the publisher if needed.
9. Intellectual Property
Software licenses sold by Uppal Solutions are licensed to you, not sold. Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software under the publisher’s End User License Agreement (EULA). You do not acquire ownership of the software itself.
All website content — including text, logos, graphics, and design — belongs to Uppal Solutions or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uppal Solutions is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of purchased software
- Data loss or security incidents occurring after software installation
- The software publisher’s failure to honor a license or subscription
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. U.S. customers agree that any disputes will be resolved under Ontario law and in Ontario courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction.
